Hotel was great, good breakfast. Parking situation is aggravating as there is no hotel parking. I can see that in busy times that could be a huge problem. Otherwise everything was good.

Asked to clean the room the day before and day of to three different people including the general manager. Room wasn’t cleaned. Tease you about Otis Spunkenmeyer cookies but never gave it. Get rid of the oven. Breakfast items run out and they don’t replenish.

The staff was respectful and helpful but the rooms stinks of sigarets smoke had to change rooms 3 times and all ove them were in the same condition the last one was less. In the pool was no towels .
